A pasta salad that captures the essence of bruschetta with fresh tomatoes, basil, and balsamic glaze.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound pasta
  • 2 cups chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, tomatoes, basil, balsamic glaze, olive oil, and garlic.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Toss well to combine.
  5. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes
