  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add beef and cook until browned.
  3. Add bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms. Cook until tender.
  4. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Layer the beef and vegetable mix in a casserole dish. Spread the cream cheese mixture on top.
  6. Sprinkle shredded provolone cheese evenly over the top.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
