Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups grated zucchini

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
- Whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, mix oil, sugars, eggs, and vanilla.
- Fold in zucchini and dry ingredients until combined.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into the pan and bake for 50-60 minutes.
- Cool before slicing.
