- 8 oz pasta
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink.
- Toss in cooked pasta and mix well.
- Stir in parsley and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use fresh garlic for best flavor.
- Adjust red pepper flakes for desired spice level.
- Add a splash of pasta water if the dish is too dry.
