Enjoy this vegan grilled BBQ chicken flatbread. It’s a flavorful and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of vegan flatbread
  • 1 cup of vegan BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup of shredded vegan chicken
  • 1/2 cup of thinly sliced red onion
  • 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. Brush flatbread with olive oil.
  3. Grill flatbread for 2-3 minutes per side, or until slightly charred.
  4. Remove flatbread from grill.
  5. Spread vegan BBQ sauce evenly over flatbread.
  6. Top with shredded vegan chicken and red onion.
  7. Return flatbread to grill and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until vegan chicken is heated through.
  8. Remove from grill and garnish with cilantro.
  9. Slice and serve immediately.

Notes

  • You can use any type of vegan flatbread you like.
  • Feel free to add other toppings, such as bell peppers or corn.
  • For a spicier flatbread, use a spicy vegan BBQ sauce.
