A quick and flavorful pasta dish with lemon garlic butter shrimp.
Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta
- 12 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, 2-3 minutes per side.
- Stir in lemon juice, zest, and red pepper flakes.
- Toss cooked pasta into the pan and mix well.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use fresh shrimp for best results.
- Adjust lemon and red pepper flakes to taste.
- Serve with grated Parmesan if desired.
