2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup sour cream
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix chicken, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
Spread the mixture evenly in the baking dish.
In a small bowl, combine crushed crackers and melted butter. Sprinkle over the chicken mixture.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Notes
For extra flavor, add 1/2 cup cooked bacon bits to the chicken mixture.
Substitute Ritz crackers with crushed cornflakes for a different texture.
