  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix chicken, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly in the baking dish.
  4. In a small bowl, combine crushed crackers and melted butter. Sprinkle over the chicken mixture.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add 1/2 cup cooked bacon bits to the chicken mixture.
  • Substitute Ritz crackers with crushed cornflakes for a different texture.
