- 12 mozzarella sticks
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons Nashville hot seasoning
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- Place flour, eggs, and panko in separate shallow dishes.
- Mix Nashville hot seasoning into panko breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each mozzarella stick in flour, then dip in egg, and coat with panko mixture.
