These Pull-Apart Buffalo Tofu Sliders are a crowd-pleasing appetizer or snack. Tofu is tossed in buffalo sauce, baked, and served on slider buns.

Ingredients

  • 1 block extra-firm tofu, pressed
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 package slider buns
  • Optional: Ranch or blue cheese dressing, celery sticks

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Press tofu to remove excess water. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a bowl, toss tofu with buffalo sauce and olive oil.
  4. Spread tofu on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Place buffalo tofu on slider buns.
  6. Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing and celery sticks, if desired.

Notes

  • For extra crispy tofu, broil for the last few minutes of baking.
  • Adjust buffalo sauce to your preferred spice level.
