Instructions

  1. Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  2. Arrange a layer of Biscoff cookies on the bottom of a dish.
  3. Spread a layer of whipped cream over the cookies.
  4. Top with a layer of sliced strawberries.
